Six-Sigma black belt credential holder can carry out projects that target process and improvement of quality and supervise other six-sigma professionals. This course also certifies the skills required for leading and managing DMAIC process which is one of the six-sigma business methodologies as well as comprehensive product design.


    • Six-Sigma Yellow belt

    You will learn the basics of define, measure and analyze, improve and control (DMAIC) and problem solving techniques. Being a yellow belt you have a good introduction to six-sigma theory and be able to contribute to green belt projects.
