Swollen Rivers in Central Europe Collect Dangerous Debris

    Flooded homes and streets aren't the only danger from the swollen rivers wreaking havoc in Central Europe. On Wednesday, three steel tanks the size of train cars were swept up in the raging waters, setting off a frantic rescue operation on the German-Czech border.
