    1. Planning and Asset Manager 

      1. Basic Salary: Minimum QR20000 - QR25000 single package
      2. Company provided accommodation and transportation or an allowance and twice a year trip

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • B.Sc in Engineering or any technical discipline.
    • Minimum 8 to 10 years working experience in Planning Building Operations, etc.
    • Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities.
    • Perfect command of spoken and written English
    • Good understanding of CMMS.
    • Good knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001

    KEY TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • To make improvement and constant upgrading of the TAM to suit client’s needs
    • Data accuracy in the CMMS
    • Responsible for the planning and scheduling of works for all activities in the facility.
    • To coordinate and obtain feedback site staff for work improvement planning.
    • Attend regular site tours and ensure planning operations are carried out smoothly.
    • Able to re-plan based on ad hoc request or short changes.
    • Prepare plans for work execution according to contract requirements.
    • Support site staff during implementation of planned activities.
    • Asset configuration
    • Management of drawings / technical library
    • Ensure proper recording of client’s property and asset through the TAM system
    • To meet KPI requirements set by management from time to time.

    ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Management of staffs, vendors and supplies
    • Update daily information on TAM database
    • Successful completion of scheduled activities. Prompt and courteous response to customer requests
    • Maintenance and update the management budget, equipment and materials
    • Conduct regular service and systems audit
    • Guide and upgrade staff technical and management competency
    • Prepare site standard operating procedures (SOPs)
    • Generate, collate and submission of daily and monthly reports
    • Conduct and review plant operation, emergency plan and contingency plan
    • Conduct daily operation pass-down meeting and update staff of major works, project activities or organization goals
    • Review work request, approval and issuing work order, ensure work on time schedule
    • Provide effective technical advised and solution to client
    • Introduce continued improvement and optimization operation of Facility systems
    • Perform emergency support duty, if required
    • Enforces and adopts safety measures among all of his subordinates
    • To assist in the Planning, coordinating and controlling all operational activities in accordance with pre-arranged operating plan and programs.
    • Manage the process of handover of equipment from projects to maintenance
    • Assist in the Operational execution according to the Contract Documents.

    2. Housekeeping Manager

      1. Basic Salary: Minimum QR16000 - QR20000 single package,

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Degree in any discipline and/or professional certifications in Cleaning.
    • Minimum 8 years working experience in housekeeping and cleaning of Building Operations (eg: Facade cleaning), in environment (eg: open space), etc.
    • Good knowledge of latest technology in cleaning equipment
    • Possess good interpersonal skills and able to interact well at all levels, especially contractors management
    • Good command of spoken and written English.
    • Leadership skills / subcontract management
    • Computer literacy (eg. MS Office)
    • Good knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
    • Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities.

    KEY TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead a team of Housekeeping Officers who supervises janitors and subcontractors for housekeeping operations.
    • Enforces and adopts safety measures among all subordinates and contractors in the work place and environment throughout the sites.
    • Maintain well organized historical records for all Housekeeping operations.
    • Receives daily work order and dispatches work among his subordinates.
    • Maintain good housekeeping in all facility report for any abnormalities found.
    • Responsible for implementation on various types of improvement on maintenance matters.
    • Attend to all ad hoc or emergency requests, especially during events (pre & post)
    • Plan shift work duties to Officers periodically.
    • Manage Housekeeping Officers in their works and ensure their works are performed at the desired level of quality and standards.
    • Perform proper documentation and filings of housekeeping records.
    • Generate, collate and submission of weekly and monthly reports
    • Manages the operational needs in the instance of events and other clients request

    • Minimum of 5 years working experience in mechanical and Fire Fighting System expertise 
    • Good knowledge on operations and maintenance of pumping systems, air-compressors, air-dryers, vacuum pumps, calorifiers, heat exchangers, pressurization systems, water filtration systems, water tanks, grease recovery system, mechanical and electrical hoists and fire systems such as sprinklers, hose reels, detection systems, pre-action sprinklers and FM200 etc. in accordance to the fire safety requirements. Design knowledge on pumps will be an advantage.
    • Good report writing skills for submission of Technical evaluation, Cost Benefit Analysis and recommendation proposals for improvement works.
    • Team player and able to lead a team of Engineers and contractors.
    • Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities.

    Seeking External façade Cleaners (Rope access operators) to manage high-rise building façade cleaning. Having knowledge and experience in the relevant field with various cleaning methodologies. Possess good knowledge of Health & Safety while cleaning high-rise buildings.
