Khari takes its name from Khari Baoli the street in Delhi, famous for Asia's largest spice market. Our dishes are heavily influenced by that market and the abundance of spices, nuts, herbs and other essential ingredients found in Indian Cooking. Just like the chefs that make a daily pilgrimage to Khari Baoli to source the finest ingredients, our chefs cook all our dishes from curry pastes that they create fresh every day. It's more work – but it's worth it, as the true authentic flavours shine through. This traditional style also means that little oil is used and we never, ever use artificial colours, just the finest ingredients including top quality meats and vegetables.
