I've worked as a freelance ICT-architect and developer for almost 10 years (since april 1999). The last few years most of the jobs I've done have related to desiging and implementing sollutions within excisting situations. The challenge for me is to design a sollution for a group of end users and see that it is developed on time and within the scope of expectations of those end users. So far, that seems to happen a lot. On the other side of life I have a career as radiohost (currently not on air). I'm trying hard to get back into live radio broadcasting, but without much free time it seems very hard to find a nice place. In the past I've found that hosting your own radioshow give you a lot of energy for your daytime job, and also helps develop some other skills. It also gives me a large interest in media, which I try and combine with my daytime job as much as possible.
