Jurgen Spitters (1970) is experienced in ICT since 1996. He is a certified ITIL service manager and Prince2 project manager. Since he started working in ICT, Jurgen is especially experienced in the organizational side of ICT Management and fulfilled very different roles, varying from coach and trainer for people who had no experience in ITIL to interim (change) manager. He finished several projects concerning the setting up and implementation of ITIL processes, like change, incident, problem and configuration management. He also set up project support offices for various clients, concerning the administrative and methodological (Prince2) support. For Jurgen it is very important that he finds a challenge for himself and the organization in each project or assignment he participates in. This way he keeps himself and his co-workers motivated and makes sure he reaches the goals set at the start of the project. Jurgen is always looking for a challenge to broaden his managerial skills, for example as a team lead of a new team that has to be set up. In this way he can combine his skills like people management and ITIL-consultancy, together with a new challenge for himself as well as for the organization.
