1) Is registration and use of Centillien free of charge ?

Yes, all current functionality is free and you can make as much use of it as you want as long as you want.

2) Which information do I  provide as a minimum ?

The fields marked with a * are mandatory,  you cannot register without completing these fields. It is advised to fill in all fields since it improves the quality of your profile. In this way your profile will be more interesting to visitors and potential business partners

3) I filled in all details but cannot register. 

Probably you did not give in the correct word that we use to avoid spammers. If you did not provide it well, you have to upload your logo again since it was not saved yet.

4) I used another social network account to login to Centillien the first time. When I tried to login on Centillien the next tume, I requested a password reset and this was not given. What went wrong ?

If you register with Google, Facebook or LinkedIn the system does not have your account details or password.  A password reset is therefore impossible. You need to login using this other social network account or request a change by sending us details on username and email address. Then we can change the account type to Centillien and sent you a automatically generated password.

5) I used another network to register and my account is not shown any details. How is that possible

If you did not edit the content that we automatically take over from facebook and Linkedin, it has to be reviewed before it can be shown. We want full and correct information about companies and not personal information. So change your profile to reflect your company and it is immediately shown.

6) Why is my interests asked for ?

Your business interests are keywords to be found by visitors and potential business partners.  Use simple, descriptive and short words here, which people likely use to find your company. 

7) I do not have a website, what should I fill in ?

Best is to fill in the profile URL on Centillien after registration. It improves your profile

8) Why use my company name username ?

It creates a better URL and visibility. It strengthens your brand and visitors and other members will recognize you easier

9) What are widgets and why would I use them.

Widgets are the building blocks of your profile. The enable you to add dynamic content from twitter or news feeds (RSS). Also display the ads, events or blog items on your profile. Do not display to much information since it makes it less attractive. Drag and drop your widgets in a way that is both logical and what you want visitors to see first.

10) How to network with others ?

Start building your network by connecting to other members or invite other companies to join Centillien. Automatically they will be connected to your account as busines contacts. Read enjoy the power of online networking
